MARTIAL ARTS INSURANCE CLAIMS

Liability / Professional Indemnity / Participant Accident
It wasn't that long ago that if someone slipped over, they would get up, dust themselves off and that would be the end of it.

Unfortunately though, in today's litigious society in which we live, more often than not, if someone slips over, they are screaming for their solicitor before they hit the floor.

Whilst there is no doubt Martial Arts Instructors understand the risks and do whatever they can to minimise them, claims still occur. It is therefore important that we make you aware of the type of claims that have recently been reported as the easiest lessons to learn are from others mistakes.
